Hello, my name is Sharon. I served 20 years in the Royal Air Force, the majority as a commissioned officer. I gained extensive management experience, particularly in the healthcare and training sector. During my career, I also worked professionally in a number of equine disciplines. These included gaining my instructor qualifications and working with National Hunt racehorses.

Upon leaving the Royal Air Force in 2016 I undertook professional web design coding, WordPress and Adobe Photoshop authorised training in London before setting up Chapel Street Web Design Services. I also completed an advanced level wedding and portrait photography course. This was primarily to gain a new hobby but, also as I noticed that a lot of websites lack quality images to represent their business positively.
Generally, I enjoy a team approach to projects and learning about other sectors. In addition, I have a proven track record in maintaining high standards and having a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.
I currently live near Newark, Nottingham with my husband and our Rhodesian Ridgeback and 3 lovely re-homed chickens. I used to enjoy competing at the lower British Eventing levels and have worked with NH and Flat Racehorses: I remain interested in both. My other likes include Desert Island Discs and salted caramel ice-cream and my dislikes include faff, peas and horror movies.
